For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement and all documents incorporated herein by reference:

2.1 These Terms are effective from the date displayed above and apply to all use of the jljl96 Platform, including browsing, account registration, depositing, wagering, and withdrawal of funds.

2.2 By clicking "I Agree", completing account registration, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of the jljl96 Platform that requires acceptance, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are not a Prohibited Player as defined herein;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• All information you have provided or will provide to jljl96 is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

2.3 jljl96 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3.1 Use of the jljl96 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use;
• Are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or director of jljl96 or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• Are not a registered self-excluded player under jljl96's self-exclusion program or any interoperable exclusion scheme;
• Are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is unlawful under applicable local law;
• Have not previously had a jljl96 Account suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms.

3.2 jljl96 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. Identity documents submitted during KYC are reviewed to confirm both identity and date of birth. Any attempted circumvention of the age verification process is a serious violation of these Terms and applicable law.

3.3 If jljl96 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, jljl96 may suspend the Account pending verification and may withhold or void any winnings or bonuses accrued during any period of ineligibility.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) jljl96 Account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms. jljl96 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. You must promptly notify jljl96 of any changes to your registered information, including your email address, phone number, or GCash / Maya account details, by contacting jljl96 support.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication credentials with any third party. jljl96 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify jljl96 immediately.

4.4 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. jljl96 may apply an inactivity administration fee in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform at that time, or may close the Account and return any remaining Real Money Funds to the last verified payment method on file.

5.1 jljl96 is required by applicable Philippine online gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal of funds. The KYC process may also be triggered at jljl96's discretion in connection with large deposits, unusual account activity, or at any point during the account lifecycle.

5.2 For the purposes of KYC verification, jljl96 accepts the following forms of valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued photo identification:

5.3 Submitted documents must be in color, fully legible, free from obstruction or alteration, and must show all four corners of the document. Document photographs must be taken in good lighting on a plain background.

5.4 jljl96 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds documentation, where this is required for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

6.1 Deposits

jljl96 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the mid-market exchange rate displayed at the time of the transaction. jljl96 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used must be registered in your verified name.

6.2 Withdrawals

6.2.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.

6.2.2 jljl96 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits, which are published on the Platform. jljl96 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal that exceeds standard limits or that triggers AML monitoring thresholds.

Where an Account Balance comprises both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds are wagered first. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn unless and until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

7.1 jljl96 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.

7.3 jljl96 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice in cases where: (a) the promotion is being misused or abused; (b) jljl96 reasonably suspects bonus fraud; or (c) a Player has violated these Terms in connection with the use of a bonus.

7.4 Only one promotional offer may be active on an Account at any one time, unless jljl96 expressly states otherwise in the relevant promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without authorization constitutes a breach of these Terms.

8.1 All games available on the jljl96 Platform are operated in accordance with the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real money wagers.

8.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on jljl96 — including slots, video poker, virtual table games, and bingo — utilize RNG software independently certified by recognized testing laboratories. The RNG outcomes are statistically random and are not manipulable by jljl96 or any third party.

8.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, jljl96 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account Balance. No winnings will be paid in respect of a game round that was materially affected by a malfunction. The decision of jljl96 in such matters is final.

8.4 Disconnection. In the event of a Player disconnection during a game round, the game will continue according to its pre-programmed rules. Where applicable, auto-play or last-action completion rules embedded in the game software will determine the outcome. jljl96 is not responsible for losses sustained as a result of network disconnections outside its direct control.

8.5 Maximum Winnings. jljl96 may impose maximum payout limits per game session, per day, or per single win event. Where such limits apply, they will be stated in the relevant game information or in the applicable promotion terms.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljl96 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of Account Balance:

• Cheating and Collusion: Any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or coordination of play to gain an unfair advantage;
• Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play;
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or engaging in any form of systematic exploitation of jljl96's promotional offers;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. jljl96 will report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine authorities without prior notice to the Account holder;
• Fraudulent Payments: Charging back deposits, using stolen or unauthorized payment credentials, or otherwise engaging in payment fraud;
• Impersonation: Creating an Account using another person's identity, personal information, or payment method details;
• Platform Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the jljl96 Platform or its security systems.

9.2 jljl96 employs monitoring technology to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, jljl96 reserves the right to withhold all pending withdrawals, void all winnings attributable to the prohibited conduct, and close the Account permanently. Where applicable, jljl96 will refer the matter to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

10.1 Responsible Gaming Tools. jljl96 provides all Account holders with access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Upward adjustments to a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable notifications when a play session has reached a specified duration;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period, after which further play is restricted;
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary suspension of Account access for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from the jljl96 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the requested duration and cannot be reversed by the Player.

10.2 Self-Exclusion Requests. Players wishing to self-exclude from jljl96 must submit a written request to jljl96 support. Once a self-exclusion is active, the Account will be suspended and the Player will be prevented from registering a new Account for the duration of the exclusion period. Any Account Balance held at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

11.3 The "jljl96" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jljl96. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use jljl96's trademarks without prior written consent.

12.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. All games on jljl96 involve an element of chance. jljl96 makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the outcome of any game or the likelihood of any Player achieving winnings. 12.2 Platform Availability. jljl96 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. jljl96 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or technical reasons.

12.3 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jljl96 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; or (c) damages arising from your reliance on any information obtained from the Platform. jljl96's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

12.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jljl96 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13.1 jljl96's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data — including KYC identity documents, payment information, and gameplay data — is governed by jljl96's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13.2 By using the jljl96 Platform, you consent to jljl96's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

14.1 Termination by Player. You may close your jljl96 Account at any time by contacting jljl96 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to applicable withdrawal verification requirements.

14.2 Termination by jljl96. jljl96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Material breach of these Terms;
• Discovery that you are a Prohibited Player;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by jljl96;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Regulatory direction or requirement from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority;
• Extended Account inactivity as defined in Section 4.4.

14.3 Where an Account is closed by jljl96 due to breach of these Terms, jljl96 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds held in the Account at the time of closure. Real Money Funds may also be withheld pending investigation where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

15.1 These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the jljl96 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with your Account, a game outcome, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact jljl96 support to attempt an informal resolution. jljl96 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms may also be available.

16.1 jljl96 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

16.2 For material changes to these Terms — including changes affecting your rights or obligations in a significant manner — jljl96 will use reasonable efforts to provide notice via email to your registered email address or via a notification on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

16.3 Your continued use of the jljl96 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
